SteirerKren horseradish and apple sauce
2 sour apples, peeled
100-500 ml of hot beef broth
2-3 cl of cider vinegar
Salt, pinch of sugar
30-40 g of Steirerkren horseradish
1 tbsp. of chives
Finely grate the apples and mix well with the remaining ingredients – they should have a “soup-like” consistency.
