Mögeldorfer Gwerch

Ingredients: 

1/2 kg minced beef
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoonful sugar
a little pepper
a little paprika
2 dessert spoonfuls yoghurt
2 shots brown rum
2 dollops tomato ketchup
4 teaspoonfuls SteirerKren
2 gherkins
1 tart apple
2 onions

Preparation: 

Beat eggs with finely chopped gherkins, apple and onions. Mix all ingredients together with the minced beef, then fry quickly in a very hot pan, stirring constantly for 20 to 30 minutes until the liquid has evaporated. Serve with butter beans and braised tomatoes and a fresh, crusty baguette.
